Welcome to our family-owned and operated rentals! We're the Coombs family – Bob, Lisa, and Acadia – and we're excited to share a bit about ourselves and our connection to these homes.

Bob, a Maine native and second-generation builder with 45 years of experience, designed and built our rentals. His passion for craftsmanship and eye for detail shine through in each property. Inspired by European architecture, Bob has incorporated unique elements into the designs, creating spaces that stand out and offer a modern, inviting atmosphere.

Lisa, originally from Pennsylvania, has called Maine home for more than two decades. After a successful career in environmental consulting and project management, she decided to join Bob in creating exceptional vacation rentals. When she's not hosting, Lisa pursues her passion for boxing – she's a five-time national champion and a 2020 inductee into the Maine Sports Hall of Fame!

Acadia, our 12-year old daughter, is an entrepreneur in the making. At just 6 years old, she started Acadia's Chipper Chickens, raising hens and selling organic eggs. If you stay at our Modern Guest Cottage or Treehouse Farm Stay in Harpswell, you might just meet her and enjoy some of her farm-fresh eggs!

As a family, we cherish our time in Costa Rica, where Bob and Lisa were married and Acadia attended elementary school. Our love for travel has inspired us to create a home away from home for our guests – a place that's both relaxing and unique. We're committed to making your stay memorable and hope you'll return again and again.
